1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from your parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

All subscriptions, in-app purchases, and trials are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or similar platforms (‘App Stores’) and are subject to their payment terms and refund policies. Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. User-Generated Content

You may create, upload, or share content, including card images, notes, messages, and other materials (‘User Content’). You retain ownership of User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display it solely for operating and improving the Services. You are solely responsible for User Content and must ensure it does not:

  • Infringe any intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
  • Violate these Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove User Content that breaches these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
  • Upload malware, spam, or deceptive content.
  • Harvest or collect personal data of others without consent.

7. Device Permissions

Some apps may request access to your device’s camera, photo library, location, or other features. You can modify permissions in device settings. Denying a permission may limit certain app functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by us, excluding User Content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Any finance-related features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
  • Only Cards is designed for loyalty and club cards; it should not be used to store payment card details.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
